Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy To secure your consultation, a $50 fee is required at the time of booking. Sessions last one hour, and appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your consultation. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or to reschedule without incurring any additional charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be refunded. No-Show Policy If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the consultation fee is non-refundable, and a new appointment will need to be booked with an additional fee. Waitlist Policy If a time slot is fully booked, you may request to be added to the waitlist. Should a spot open up, you will be notified via email or text on a first-come, first-served basis. Waitlist appointments must be confirmed within 12 hours of notification to secure the time slot.
